About the programme
Momentum is a unique Group-wide development programme and talent network designed to create our future leaders.
It is designed to attract high-potential, self-driven individuals and give them the richest possible experience of our business.
Once on Momentum we expect Momentees to deliver high-performance from day one in real roles within our business. Through three two-year placements, Momentees will be given global business experience, exposure to senior management and a wealth of professional and personal development. This rich on-the-job experience will ensure that individuals emerge from the programme at a senior management level with the professional foundations to become one of Prudential's future leaders.
You will apply to one of four streams, however, once on the programme, Momentum roles can take you across business units and across business functions. The roles you complete during your time on Momentum will depend on the opportunities you create for yourself, as well as the needs of the business.
