The application process

We've designed our selection process to bring out the best in you and see how you deal with the kind of challenges you are likely to face during the Momentum programme - and beyond.

It's rigorous, but then it has to be. We're looking for the very people who'll be driving our global businesses forward long into the future.

It is important to note that early applications will get priority for each stage in the process.

Online Application (March 1 - July 12 2010)

This is our first chance to find out more about you: your motivation behind wanting to become a leader, work at Prudential, and join the Momentum programme.

Telephone Interview (March, April, May and June)

This next stage gives you the opportunity to tell us more about your experience, what you are looking for in a career, how you think, and the way you work with others.

Assessment Centres (April, May, June, July across locations)

If you are shortlisted after the telephone interview stage, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. This will be an opportunity to meet and interact with managers from various businesses, HR teams, current Momentum participants, and also other key stakeholders from across Prudential Group. This will help you find out more about Prudential, the Momentum programme and of course we want to find out more about you, too.

The day will consist of information and Q&A sessions, interviews, lunch, as well as group exercises.

Final interviews with a Senior Leader

Finally, a chance for us both to make a final decision on fit between you and the Momentum Programme, and for you to ask any further questions you may have.
