Judie - Group-wide Internal Audit (GWIA) Talent Pool Training in Scottish Castle

I was invited to the Groupwide Internal Audit 'Talent Pool' Event, held at Ackergill Castle in Scotland, UK, from 10 Jan '09 to 16 Jan '09.  The primary focus of the event was to give the GwIA leadership team an opportunity to get to know their Talent better, as well as to extend the support network. People from GwIA UK, US and Asia were present.

Day One
Early bird catches the worm!
I got half a day sight-seeing in the most north point of Great Britain - John O'Groats.(Strong Wind..wow...)

Day Two
Softskill training - Impact & Presentation skills
We were asked to present 'Me Plc'
Pitching a film: Mama Mia wins! Again?!
 
Mission Impossible - COOKING

My team prepared starters…we had Japanese sushi, Chinese spring roll, Brazilian roasted beef and super soup. With the help of the handsome chef, we won an unbelievable success!

How to cope with tough people? - everybody wants to know that I'm sure.
Pitch a great idea for GWIA - so exhausting!

Individual show about the Great Idea! Evening - puzzle and ceilidh time!
