About the programme
The Momentum Programme is designed to create our leaders of the future. It provides work experiences across the Prudential Group over four to six years.
Succeed in your application and you'll fill a real role from day one in one of four streams:
- Commercial Management
- Human Resources
- Finance (which includes general Finance roles, as well as Audit, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance)
- Communications
The area of our business you enter will depend on your experience so far in your career. And you'll be expected to have up to three different roles across the Group before moving on to senior management positions. These roles may be cross-business or cross-function, depending on the opportunities you create for yourself, as well as the needs of the business.
And as its name suggests, Momentum is all about progression, growth, development and opportunity, both ours and yours. But there are several features of the programme that make it quite unlike anything else out there.
