The Momentum Programme is not a traditional, structured programme with the first five years mapped out in detail. It is designed so that success is in your hands and exceptional performance will lead to further career development opportunities. We want to give you the real work experiences that will help you to reach our Group Leadership team in 10 - 15 years.

The key to your development is in real, challenging roles across our business units. You will spend 18 months - two years in your first role on the Momentum Programme, after which you could transfer to a new business unit or function, possibly accompanied by a promotion or increased responsibility.

You will have a further two moves to other parts of the Group. The opportunities that you have will be guided by your motivation and performance, as well as the needs of the Group.

Throughout the duration of the Programme, you will benefit from exceptional leadership development initiatives, as well as networking opportunities.
