Depending on the experience you already have, you'll join the programme in a real role in one of the following areas:
- Commercial Management
- Human Resources
- Finance (which includes general Finance roles, as well as Audit, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance)
- Communications
But the key thing to remember about Momentum is mobility. Where you start isn't necessarily where you'll stay. In fact, you'll find you'll be encouraged to expand your knowledge and experience by moving to another key role within a different business within the Group.
