Commercial Management

The Commercial Management stream in Momentum refers to a wide range of roles - everything from Business Change and Development to Customer Service, Sales, Operations and Distribution. Join us in Commercial Management and you'll help provide analysis and develop projects that drive our business forward. And you'll work closely with senior management to create business development initiatives that ensure we meet our strategic goals.

What are examples of roles I might go into?

You could join us as a business analyst in insurance. In this role, you'll help provide Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA) with the strategic and financial analysis that's so crucial to the way it manages its local business units throughout China, India and Vietnam. You'll also support various regional and local initiatives through project research and financial evaluation. As a result, you'll need to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems. Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.

Or you could join us as a project manager in Business distribution, where you'll support company strategy by working closely with the chief agency officer to plan and implement the projects that drive business forward. You'll therefore need to forge partnerships with senior management to ensure we meet all our goals. So it's best if you have previous experience of managing projects across different locations.

Alternatively, you could join us as a manager in business development. Based in Hong Kong with Prudential Assurance Company (PAC), you'll help identify, develop and implement the business development initiatives that ensure we achieve our strategic goals. This will involve working closely with Business Intelligence, Channel Marketing and product teams. It would be an advantage if you could speak Cantonese.
